The Sports Massage is for people who are involved in physical activity. If you're particularly active and work out, this service will help treat injuries and enhance your athletic performance. The faster strokes will help facilitate stretching, loosen muscles, increase blood flow, and improve flexibility.

Cancellation Policy

Sessions will require a 50 % deposit and cancelation of all spa services requires a 24-hour notice. Deposits are non-refundable if a cancelation notice is not given prior to 24 hours. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
